Today I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Amber and Greg's engagement session. Amber had contacted me awhile ago saying she wanted winter photos, so after checking the weather for this weekend we decided this was as good as it gets in Wisconsin. They were such a fun and easy going couple....I may have gone a little overboard on the session...but when I have fun I keep shooting! Thanks to you both, enjoy, and I'll see you in August!

Today my family took a road trip to Beaver Dam to photograph my husbands cousin's senior photos. Alli was so fun, running around in the snow and doing whatever I asked her to do. We visited the amazing campus of Wayland Academy where she attends school and ventured on to the downtown area for a few fun shots. Thanks Alli, hope you enjoy the rest of your senior year!

Last Wednesday I had the fun of photographing my last senior of 2009! Brandon was such a nice guy, although it was a bit cold and snowy outside he never complained. Oh, how cold it was to be out shooting for Amanda and Jason's engagement session...but we were able to get some really sweet shots! This weekend was all about love again...Thursday was Tara and John's engagement session where we decided to meet at John's aunt and uncle's farm. My first session was the Mak Family, Katie was up visiting her sister in the area, so we were able to sneak in a quick session of her family. We ventured out to a local apple orchard and decided to do the whole session there. Violet is a beauty, and although she was a wee bit tired...we were able to get some adorable shots of her.

Tuesday night I was able to sneak in a quick family session of a friend and fellow photographer's family. Kelly and Travis are so easy to photograph, comes with being a photographer and married to one I am sure...and there little Max was oh so cute. He never made a peep during the whole session...although I think he was quite curious as to what was happening all around him. Sunday afternoon, I met Katie and Seth at Seth's parents house. As soon as I got their Seth wasn't sure there was much to work with...but boy was he wrong. I fell in love with his parents farm...they have over 300 acres and so we toured around it for awhile. What an October day...it started off snowing, but by the time we started with photos the snow was gone and all we were left with were some freezing winds. After my morning session on Saturday, it was off to Wittenberg for Jessica's senior session. Jessica attends Mosinee High School, but wanted her portraits taken at her Grandpa's farm. The moment I saw it I was in love...the farm had so many unique and picture perfect areas. We cruised around on a six wheeler and toured around the nearly 80 acre farm. Thanks to her parents and sister for all the help...and of course her grandpa for letting us trounce around on his land!

I had a fun Friday photographing another local senior...this time it was Taylor's turn. We stayed in the Howard area and she took me to some amazing locations that I had never been too. Although the weather was looking as if it may rain at any minute...it luckily held off for us. This may be the session that I have photographed the most animals on... Taylor took a few pics with her three dogs and with her beautiful horse. And me being the animal lover that I am...I so enjoyed it.
